9-Week Program

Program Results

What does it actually do? Here's what participants in How to Live a Grateful Life in a Fckd Up World consistently report — along with an honest note on how those numbers are measured.

80%

Reduction in Worry

Average self-reported decrease in worry experienced by participants who completed the program

70%

Increase in Gratitude

Average self-reported increase in felt gratitude measured at program completion

70%

Completion Rate

Proportion of enrolled participants who attend at least six of the nine weekly sessions

Methodology Note

These figures are drawn from post-program self-assessments completed by participants at the end of each cohort. Participants are asked to rate the degree to which their worry and gratitude levels have changed since the beginning of the program, using a simple numeric scale anchored at 0% (no change) and 100% (complete transformation).

These are self-reported outcome measures — not results from a randomized controlled trial, and not independent third-party assessments. They reflect the subjective experience of people who enrolled in the program, attended at least six sessions, and completed the end-of-program survey.

That context matters. Self-report data has well-known limitations — social desirability bias, recall error, expectation effects. We share these numbers not as scientific proof of efficacy but as an honest reflection of what participants say has changed. No claim is made that these results are typical for everyone, permanent, or superior to other interventions.

What the Program Teaches

The How to Live a Grateful Life in a Fckd Up World program is a nine-week online training led by Aaron Hendon — certified mindfulness instructor, managing broker, and author. It teaches the CTFO Method across three phases:

  • Phase 1 (Weeks 1–3): Building Awareness & Presence — interrupting The Worry Trap
  • Phase 2 (Weeks 4–6): Integrating Mindfulness into Daily Life — dissolving The Resistance Tax
  • Phase 3 (Weeks 7–9): Sustaining Gratitude & Long-Term Growth — replacing The Happiness Hustle

Each week includes one hour of live group training on Zoom plus 10–20 minutes of daily practice. All sessions are recorded. Participants are asked to attend at least six of nine calls.

Satisfaction Guarantee

The program is offered on a dana (sliding-scale / pay-what-it's-worth) model. If you complete the program and feel it wasn't worth what you paid, Aaron offers a 100% refund or a pay-for-performance arrangement. No questions, no argument.
